Business Development Executive (Night Shift)
About This Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients, new markets, and industry trends to create a pipeline of qualified leads using LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Client Engagement & Pitching: Initiate contact with key decision-makers, deliver presentations, and conduct demos to pitch tailored IT solutions and services.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals, business cases, and contracts to close sales, negotiating terms to secure profitable agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting: Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop strategies, track metrics, and update CRM systems with all sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT sales, software services, or SaaS.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of IT solutions, excellent communication/negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software
- Availability: Should be available in dubai for face to face interview round
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
