***Job Description :-***The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service and quality drinks.
This role requires a good understanding of mixology, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain speed and accuracy during peak hours while delivering high-quality drinks.
- Take orders, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the drink menu.
- Handle special requests and accommodate dietary restrictions professionally.
- Restock supplies, including ice, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients as needed.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and provide support when needed.
- Ensure all beverages meet the establishment's quality standards.
- Record daily sales, track inventory usage, and report discrepancies.
- Create and serve customized drinks for events while maintaining efficiency.
- Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar.
- Engage with guests to build rapport and encourage repeat visits.
- Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Experience
Prior experience as a Bartender in a casual dining or bar setting.
Skills
Basic knowledge of mixology, including classic cocktails and beverage trends. and project management tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality drinks.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
Team Player: Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
