Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage maintenance plans, repair schedules, and budgets for facilities, equipment, and refurbishment activities.
- Develop preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely periodic maintenance.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns to maintain operational continuity.
- Oversee equipment upkeep, MRO materials, parking allocation, waste management, and building security.
- Implement and enforce safety programs and procedures in line with company policies and health and safety standards.
- Monitor utilities consumption, control maintenance costs, and drive lean-aligned continuous improvement.
- Preserve the long-term value of facilities and assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, with an Engineering degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in Facility and Asset Management.
- Proven experience in an industrial, oil and gas, or engineering environment.
- Strong adaptability and effective collaboration across cross-functional and technical teams.
