Supports food and beverage operations and helps create memorable guest experiences.
Provides practical service support so guest transactions and dining operations run smoothly.
Core Responsibilities
- Set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas, and replenish supplies.
- Follow company policies and procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Read and visually verify menu information while supporting guest service.
- Complete other reasonable duties as requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- Previous food and beverage experience is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- This is a full-time, non-management role performed on site.
- The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, including on sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance.
- The role includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
