Guest Service Experts provide a memorable food and beverage experience through guest service and a range of dining-area duties.
Responsibilities
- Set tables and communicate with the kitchen.
- Interact with and serve guests, including handling transactions as part of the dining experience.
- Clean work areas and supplies.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Work expectations
- The work involves extended periods standing, sitting, or walking and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- The role requires handling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance or 50 pounds with assistance, as well as reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping.
- Professional appearance and communication are expected.
Preferred qualifications
- Preferred related work experience is less than one year.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No supervisory experience is listed; no license or certification is listed.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time position at the Sheraton location on Al Corniche Street in Doha, Qatar.
