Guest Service Experts deliver a wide range of services so guests enjoy a memorable and unique dining experience.
Work includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies.
Key Duties
- Set tables and prepare for service.
- Communicate with the kitchen.
- Interact with and serve guests.
- Clean work areas and supplies.
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time and move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Read and visually verify menu information.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and reach overhead and below the knees.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience.
- No license or certification.
Work Location and Schedule
- Location: Ummahat Islands 2-3, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.
- Schedule: Full Time.
- Not located remotely.
- Position type: Non-Management.
