Guest Service Experts provide a memorable dining experience through table setting, kitchen communication, guest interaction and service, and cleaning work areas and supplies.
The position is full time, non-management, and not remote.
Responsibilities and standards
- Set tables and provide guest service, including communicating with the kitchen and serving guests.
- Clean work areas and supplies and read and visually verify menu information.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
- The work requires extended standing, sitting, or walking and movement over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- Less than one year of related work experience is listed; supervisory experience is not required.
