Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging marketing campaigns, developing digital content, and utilizing AI-powered tools to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials
- Use AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, and campaign optimization
- Develop creative designs and marketing materials using content creation tools
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, and competitor activities
- Coordinate digital advertisements and online promotions
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Support branding and business development initiatives
Requirements
- Preferred candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Experience using AI tools and content creation platforms
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and creative content tools is an advantage
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing and social media management
- Experience in hospitality, retail, F&B, or service industry is preferred
