Overview
We are looking for a professional and results-driven Corporate Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling corporate clients, maintaining strong business relationships, supporting customer service operations, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate customer inquiries and provide professional support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and client reports
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Conduct client visits and business meetings when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Valid driving license holder
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good computer and reporting skills
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate customer service and sales
- Experience in handling corporate accounts and client relations is preferred
