Provides efficient, friendly food and beverage service to support exceptional guest experiences and F&B operations.
Guest service
- Greet guests; take orders, answer questions, and recommend menu items.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
- Serve meals and drinks according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
Dining operations
- Set up and maintain a clean, organized dining area, including clearing dishes.
- Coordinate service with kitchen and F&B colleagues.
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.
- Process customer payments and handle cash accurately.
- Restock supplies as needed.
