Expert 3D Modeler – Mesh Optimization & 3D Printing Preparation

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Modify and clean up existing 3D mesh files (STL, OBJ, etc.).
• Fix mesh topology, close holes, and repair errors to make models completely watertight.
• Ensure correct wall thickness, proper scaling, and optimal orientation for successful 3D printing.
• Slice and optimize complex designs to minimize support structures where possible.

Requirements

• Proven track record in 3D printing file preparation (FDM, SLA, or SLS).
• Proficiency in software like Blender, ZBrush, Meshmixer, Fusion 360, or Netfabb.
• Strong attention to technical constraints like tolerances, wall thickness, and manifold geometry.

Compensation

• Pay: From AED 3,000.00 per month.
