Overview

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and results-driven

Senior Telesales Executive

to join our growing team in Dubai.

This position is intended for experienced tele sales professionals only.

Candidates with less than 2 years of tele sales experience will not be considered.

UAE experience in Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Mortgage, or Wealth Management will be given preference.

This role is suitable for professionals with a strong background in

telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, lead generation, or call center sales

, particularly within the

Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Mortgage, Wealth Management, or Financial Services sectors

.

If you have a proven track record of generating leads, booking appointments, and achieving sales targets, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing database contacts.
  • Qualify leads and identify client requirements.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up with buyers, sellers, investors, and prospective customers.
  • Invite clients to property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and company events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Requirements

✔ Minimum

2 years of telesales experience

in Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Mortgage, Wealth Management, or a similar sales environment.

✔ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and appointment-setting targets.

✔ Excellent English communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

✔ Strong ability to engage decision-makers and generate qualified appointments.

✔ Comfortable making 150–200 connected calls per day.

✔ Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

✔ Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
