We are seeking an experienced, confident, and results-driven
Senior Tele Sales Executive
to join our growing team in Dubai. f you have a proven track record of generating leads, booking appointments, and achieving sales targets, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing database contacts.
- Qualify leads and identify client requirements.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with buyers, sellers, investors, and prospective customers.
- Invite clients to property launches, exhibitions, open houses, and company events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Requirements
✔ Minimum
2 years of tele sales experience
in Real Estate
✔ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and appointment-setting targets.
✔ Excellent English communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
✔ Strong ability to engage decision-makers and generate qualified appointments.
✔ Comfortable making 150–200 connected calls per day.
✔ Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
✔ Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
