Role Overview

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote the SmartQ Ordering App and explain its benefits, convenience, and available offers.
• Guide users to download and use the app; assist people without the app with ordering and digital-wallet payments.
• Coordinate daily menu updates with food partners and the technology team, including app updates, push notifications, and banners.
• Conduct cafe hygiene checks and hourly governance reviews; address issues and report incidents, accidents, and near misses.
• Ensure timely, high-quality service and collect feedback from cafeteria employees and clients.
• Ensure company and statutory compliance for displays, counters, and service areas, and monitor SOP adherence.
• Inspect work areas for proper waste disposal, maintain HSE records and temperature logs, and report deviations.
• Ensure equipment is used under ESWP requirements and report downtime to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
• Graduate degree or diploma in hotel management is required.
• Strong English and local-language communication skills are required.
• Basic computer skills, willingness to learn, honesty, and integrity are required.
• Candidates should be collaborative, self-motivated, and able to guide and manage food partner staff.
• Candidates must be flexible and willing to take on tasks that support the team.
