Role Overview
SmartQ is hiring an Executive – Site Operations in Mumbai.
The role oversees daily food court operations, service delivery, vendor coordination, and operational issue resolution.
The position works with food partners, on-ground teams, clients, employees, and technology teams.
Site Operations Responsibilities
- Promote the SmartQ Ordering App and explain its benefits and available offers.
- Guide users in downloading and using the app, placing orders, and making digital wallet payments.
- Coordinate menu updates with food partners and app updates with the technology team.
- Conduct cafe hygiene checks and hourly governance reviews and report operational incidents.
- Maintain service quality, collect cafeteria feedback, and support a positive work environment.
- Ensure displays, counters, and service areas comply with company and statutory requirements.
- Monitor cafeteria counters for adherence to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Inspect work areas, manage waste disposal, and maintain HSE records and temperature logs.
- Ensure equipment follows Equipment Safety Work Procedures and report downtime.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is required.
- A graduate or diploma qualification in Hotel Management is required.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local language are required.
- Basic computer skills, honesty, integrity, initiative, collaboration, and flexibility are expected.
- The candidate should be able to guide and manage food partner staff.
