Recruit a headhunter with 10+ years of experience to work directly with the VP of Talent Acquisition on senior and specialist hiring across functions.
Responsibilities
- Map markets and find candidates others cannot.
- Build candidate interest from a cold start through high-volume phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Manage senior candidates through to close and run difficult searches.
- Keep searches, follow-ups, and pipelines organized and under control.
- Use AI in research, sourcing, and outreach.
- Own the hiring process with meticulous organization and consistency.
Candidate profile
- 10+ years of experience as a headhunter or in executive search.
- Commercial mindset, persistence, and credibility with senior people.
- Able to identify strong candidates, build interest, and close difficult searches.
