Senior Quantity Surveyor role for data center work, focused on the post-contract stage.
Post-contract responsibilities
- Review documentation submitted for advances, payment guarantees and bonds.
- Ensure monthly interim payment applications and supporting documents are submitted in order.
- Review and process interim payment certifications within required business timelines.
- Review variation and claim submissions and prepare substantiation to approve or reject them.
- Update construction and project budgets based on payment certifications and variations.
- Finalize variations, subcontractor final accounts and main works contractor accounts.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
