The Executive Manager leads treasury sales and structured solutions across investment and risk management products.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the treasury sales desk across investment and risk management solutions, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance and delivery against commercial and customer priorities within risk appetite.
- Manage the Treasury Structured Solutions team, including problem solving, structuring, execution, and account management across products.
- Collaborate on development and direct implementation of treasury product development and sales strategy to maximize profitability while managing risk.
- Support development and updates of treasury sales SOPs and practices, create action plans, and oversee implementation for compliance.
- Contribute to treasury product development and structuring, providing client-specific input to keep solutions client-focused and competitive.
- Manage financial, product, customer, and risk-based desk targets; review performance and take corrective action to drive profitability and liquidity within risk appetite.
- Oversee negotiation of trade prices with bank traders to support competitive pricing and profitability.
Candidate requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- At least 8 years of experience in progressively more complex and responsible banking sales roles.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Banking product knowledge.
