Role overview
Provides day-to-day operational support and coordination for key eCommerce and retail accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for key accounts and coordinate with internal teams.
- Execute account-specific campaigns, product launches, and promotional offers.
- Track sales, returns, inventory, traffic, and account performance to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Coordinate product delivery and service fulfillment to meet timelines and client expectations.
- Maintain account activity, contract, promotion, and performance records.
- Monitor brand compliance and consistency of digital product listings and content.
- Provide input on pricing, stock levels, and customer preferences for account strategy.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights for account planning and forecasting.
- Coordinate invoice tracking, payment follow-up, and product availability with finance and supply chain.
Experience and qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in key account management, sales coordination, or client servicing.
- Retail or eCommerce experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple deliverables accurately.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
