Provides reliable technology support to the C-suite and Executive Office across corporate and personal technology environments.
Works with Group IT to deliver discreet, high-touch support in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Main responsibilities
- Support C-suite laptops, phones, tablets, and communication tools; set up, configure, and migrate devices and prepare applications.
- Support boardrooms, hybrid meetings, and audio-visual and conferencing systems end to end.
- Perform proactive device checks, updates, and maintenance; coordinate escalations and align service standards with IT.
- Coordinate executive technology procurement, replacements, and vendors while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Provide urgent or after-hours support through on-call availability and recommend experience improvements.
Qualifications and experience
- Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android; strong troubleshooting across networks, conferencing tools, and end-user devices.
- Experience supporting Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and major AV/conferencing technologies; Poly, Crestron, and Logitech are preferred.
- Requires 4–8 years of IT support experience and demonstrated VIP or executive support experience.
- Hybrid-work device support and collaboration with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and service desk teams are expected.
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- The role calls for professionalism, communication, discretion, reliability, service orientation, and calm under pressure.
