Role description
The TPA Consultant obtains information on third-party approvals related to specific business activities.
Liaises with government entities and local authorities and communicates accurate information to team members, professional partners, and clients.
Assists in obtaining third-party approvals when appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Provide license-related information and issue quotes and licensing documentation to clients and professional partners.
- Monitor and update CRM records while managing a portfolio of work.
- Accurately analyze passports, application forms, resolutions, and other documents.
- Respond to client and partner emails and queries about licensee scenarios.
- Deliver customer service, maintain long-term relationships, and handle complaints to support satisfaction and retention.
- Work with sales, finance, and renewals teams; assist with third-party approvals as appropriate.
Requirements
- Full Arabic and English proficiency; additional spoken languages are a plus.
- Intermediate computer literacy, such as MS Office.
- Excellent customer service and communication by phone, email, and occasional face-to-face interaction.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Licensing, business activities, and government process knowledge is advantageous, not mandatory.
- Customer service, client relationship management, B2B, or channel partner experience is advantageous.
