Room standards and readiness
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, room condition, and presentation through inspections and quality assurance.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected, and released within targeted turnaround times for smooth Front Office operations.
- Oversee suite preparation, amenities, and presentation to meet the brand’s elevated standards.
- Record, communicate, and deliver guest preferences, special requests, VIP requirements, and personalized room arrangements.
- Coordinate with Engineering and other departments to resolve room defects before rooms are released for occupancy.
Deep cleaning and improvement
- Maintain an annual deep-cleaning roster covering guestrooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Monitor schedule completion, coordinate relevant departments, and adjust timing for occupancy and operational needs.
- Identify recurring cleanliness issues, evaluate cleaning effectiveness, and implement improvements to preserve the hotel’s physical product.
