Role overview
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with hotel standards and service procedures.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages using established recipes.
- Maintain beverage quality, presentation, and taste; respond to guest requests and complaints, escalating as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized bar and storage areas; sanitize equipment and preparation areas.
- Monitor supplies, report shortages and incidents, and follow safe handling and storage procedures.
- Process orders, bills, and payments accurately; use portion control and support cost-control and stock-loss prevention.
- Follow hotel grooming, uniform, hygiene, food safety, health, and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- At least one year of bartender experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong beverage knowledge.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
