Responsibilities
- Deliver guests’ luggage, messages, and other items promptly within the property.
- Provide guests with a personalized, professional, friendly orientation to their rooms.
- Maintain a lobby presence as an ambassador for the property and brand, offering exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- A service-focused personality; customer-related experience is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded, with attention to quality and a dynamic personality.
