Role overview

Lead the overall creative vision and delivery of a major international festival in KSA.

Ensure the event’s creative concept, cultural narrative, and celebration of diverse Asian nations are realized across its zones, shows, experiences, and activations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction and oversee concepts from initial ideation through delivery.
  • Guide multidisciplinary creative teams and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Coordinate with production, operations, technical, and project teams to make concepts practical and deliverable.
  • Present concepts, proposals, and updates to the client; manage reviews, approvals, and revisions.
  • Ensure outputs meet quality, brand, cultural, and experiential standards, and support memorable audience experiences.
  • Solve creative challenges while maintaining the overall vision; manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across workstreams.

Required skills and qualifications

  • At least 10 years in creative producing, creative direction, or a closely related field.
  • Proven delivery of large-scale festivals, fan zones, ceremonies, live events, or major brand experiences.
  • Strong experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and taking a creative vision from concept through live delivery.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including presenting and defending concepts to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines; strong understanding of live events, audience experiences, and large-scale activations.
  • High-profile international project experience is highly desirable; experience with culturally diverse audiences and international events is an advantage.

Contract

  • Contract period: 1 October 2026 to 28 February 2027.
  • Employment type is stated as contract-based.

Location and work mode

  • Must be available to work in KSA for the duration of the contract.
