Executive Assistant - CFO
About This Role
Job Description This role is responsible for providing office and administrative support to the Chief of Enabling Unit (EU) ensuring the efficient operation of daily business and administrative functions. This role acts as a trusted partner and liaison, coordinating executive-level communications, managing complex schedules, and supporting the execution of key transformation and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role also plays a crucial role in ensuring alignment between internal teams, monitoring progress on strategic projects, and enabling the Chief of EU to focus on driving organizational change and innovation.
Responsibilities Strategic
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day business and administrative operations.
- Act as the point of contact between the Chief of EU and executives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Prioritize matters that require the Chief of EU attention and handle them directly when appropriate.
- Keep the Chief informed of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring timely follow-up.
Operational
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Chief.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and managing meeting logistics.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, relaying messages and information to the Chief.
- Work closely with Chief to follow up and drive the completion of key initiatives and following up on outstanding items.
- Plan and arrange all travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel logistics are handled efficiently and in line with the Chief's preferences.
- Manage expense report coordination and submission.
- Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking.
- Support procurement and vendor management processes.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data confidentiality.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient collaboration.
Qualifications Desired Educational Background Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication or a related field from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
Language Requirement English, Arabic (preferred)
Desired Experience Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role with preferred exposure on basic knowledge of HR process, event planning and coordination experience.
Experience in providing administrative and logistical support to a C- Level is a plus.
Job Specific Skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with budgeting and office software (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus.
