Role Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to our Governance and Compliance function (roles based in Legal department).
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external parties, including financial institutions and auditors.
You will play a critical role in supporting the Board Secretary and ensuring the smooth operation of the Board of Directors and Board Committee activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Board Secretary, assisting in the organization of Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
- Coordinate meeting agendas and board papers, ensuring timely distribution of materials in accordance with governance timelines.
- Maintain, organize, and archive official governance documents, minutes, and resolutions with strict confidentiality.
- Facilitate communication between Board members, senior management, and external stakeholders, including the preparation of formal correspondence.
- Assist in recording meeting minutes and tracking action items to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the maintenance of governance registers, Board membership records, and committee structures.
- Handle sensitive and confidential governance information with the highest level of discretion and controlled access.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Literature, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the private sector, commercial companies, or banking.
- High proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills for coordinating executive schedules and travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and extreme attention to detail.
