About This Role

Al Mana Group – Al Mana Holding is currently seeking a highly skilled, bilingual (English & Arabic) Executive Assistant to the CEO for one of our companies in Doha.

The ideal candidate should be bilingual, professional, well-organized, and available to join immediately.

Role Overview

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a senior executive support role responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of the CEO’s office across complex engineering, investment, and multi-jurisdictional activities.

The role requires a high level of discretion, structured thinking, and the ability to operate confidently in technically complex and fast-moving environments.

Experience & Background

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives (CEO, Founder, Managing Director, Partner).
  • Prior exposure to project-based, engineering, infrastructure, consulting, investment, or regulated environments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, consultants, or jurisdictions is an advantage.
