Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Aluminum & Façade to join our team.
The candidate will be recruited in Dubai and deployed to Riyadh .
Initial training will be provided during the transition period.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for aluminum and façade systems (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, etc.)
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare BOQs and detailed cost breakdowns
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Coordinate with design and project teams for value engineering
- Support the full tendering and bidding process
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in aluminum & façade estimation within the GCC
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and market pricing in the GCC region
- Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
Additional Information
- Hiring will be conducted in Dubai
- Work location will be Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
