Junior Estimator – Joinery & Interior Fit-Out (1–3 Years Experience)
We are looking for a Junior Estimator with 1–3 years of experience in joinery and interior fit-out works.
The ideal candidate should have experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and reviewing drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings
- Assist in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and material requirements
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Support pricing and coordination of joinery and interior fit-out projects
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in joinery and interior fit-out works
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and estimation methods
- Proficiency in Excel and reading technical drawings
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
