Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Aluminum & Façade to join our team.
The selected candidate will be recruited in Dubai and deployed to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Initial training and transition support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for aluminum and façade systems including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, and related works
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare BOQs and detailed cost breakdowns
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Coordinate with design and project teams for value engineering
- Support the complete tendering and bidding process
- Maintain updated knowledge of façade materials, systems, and GCC market pricing
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of GCC experience in aluminum and façade estimation
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and market pricing
- Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software/tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and aluminum systems is preferred

- Hiring process will be conducted in Dubai
- Final work location will be Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
