Roles & Responsibilities (Reporting to Senior Estimator – Tender & Contracts Department)

• Study tender drawings, BOQ, specifications, and other documents to clearly understand the project requirements. Highlight any missing information or discrepancies and bring them to the attention of the Senior Estimator.
• Measure quantities of materials and work items from drawings and specifications to support preparation of the project BOQ and cost estimate. Ensure calculations are accurate and clearly documented.
• Assist in obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, where necessary in coordination with the Procurement Department. Ensure quotations received comply with the project specifications and maintain proper records for comparison.
• Compile material costs, labour costs, equipment costs, and subcontract costs to support the Senior Estimator in preparing the overall tender estimate and cost breakdown.
• Organize and maintain all tender-related documents including drawings, BOQs, quotations, and cost calculation sheets so they are available for future reference and auditing.
• Assist the Senior Estimator in preparing tender submission documents and responding to client clarifications
• After project award, support the handover of relevant tender/contract information to the project team and assist in explaining project contract details and terms.
• Assist the Senior Estimator in analysing differences between tender estimates and actual project costs to improve future estimation accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Twoyear: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)
• G+4 License (Preferred)
