Key Responsibilities
- Review tender drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost sheets based on received details, specifications, and BOQs.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns, pricing summaries, and tender submissions.
- Conduct site visits when required to assess project scope and conditions.
- Conduct technical evaluations with the design team, production team, and suppliers.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Identify labour, material, and time requirements for the project.
- Prepare cost sheets outlining labour requirements and time durations.
- Finalize and review the BOQ for accuracy before sending it for final management approval.
