Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Aluminum & Façade to join our team.
The selected candidate will be recruited in Dubai and deployed to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia after a structured onboarding and training period.
The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, and supporting commercial and project teams with technical and financial analysis for aluminum and façade projects across GCC markets.
Cost Estimation & Tendering
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for aluminum and façade systems including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, doors, windows, and architectural envelope systems
- Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
- Prepare detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns, and pricing proposals
- Support full tendering and bidding process from inquiry to submission
Cost Analysis & Value Engineering
- Conduct detailed cost analysis including materials, labor, equipment, and indirect costs
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks within tender documents
- Propose value engineering solutions to improve competitiveness
Supplier & Vendor Coordination
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintain updated database of material pricing and market rates in GCC
- Assess technical and commercial suitability of vendor proposals
Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and project teams
- Ensure estimation aligns with project execution methods and technical requirements
- Support sales and business development teams with pricing strategies
- Participate in post-tender clarifications and negotiations
Requirements
- 4–8 years of GCC experience in Aluminum & Façade Estimation
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, cladding, glazing, aluminum doors/windows, and façade engineering
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs
- Strong understanding of GCC market pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools/software
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight tender deadlines
Additional Information
- Recruitment and interviews will be conducted in Dubai, UAE
- Selected candidate will be deployed to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- Initial training and onboarding support will be provided during transition period
