Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Executive (ERP Solutions) who will be responsible for complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Experience
in any of the ERP platforms such as Sage ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, and Oracle NetSuite considered an added advantage.
The role includes understanding customer requirements, coordinating product demonstrations, preparing proposals and RFP responses, and ensuring accurate sales forecasting.
The candidate will maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and propose ERP solutions.
- Coordinate product demos and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of deals.
Key Requirements
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 4 years in ERP Sales with full sales cycle management
- **ERP Expertise:**
- Sage ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, Focus, Oracle NetSuite
- **Skills:**
- Strong understanding of ERP & HRMS software
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Pipeline management and ability to meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools
- Ability to understand business processes (finance, inventory, sales, procurement, operations)
- **Attributes:**
- Relationship-building with C-level stakeholders, market awareness, professionalism, and self-motivation
