Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Sales Manager based in Qatar to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle of our ERP solutions.
This is a key role in our expansion within the region.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Develop, track, and manage a healthy sales pipeline within Qatar’s market; optimize sales strategies and execution plans.
2.
Analyze client requirements and propose tailored ERP solutions; deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
3.
Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
4.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and financial guidelines; manage sales-related risks.
5.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities; share insights to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
1.
Experience
2–5 years in software sales, preferably ERP or enterprise solutions.
2.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
3.
Skills
Strong understanding of ERP systems and SaaS solutions; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to build lasting client relationships; strategic thinking and problem-solving.
