About This Role

We are looking for a driven and results-focused Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have strong sales energy, confidence in communication, and the ability to generate leads consistently for ERP software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business leads through indoor and outdoor sales activities

* Visit offices, companies, and commercial areas to identify prospects

* Build relationships with decision-makers and present ERP solutions

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

* Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into meetings

* Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities

* Understand client business needs and suggest suitable ERP solutions

Requirements

* Experience in business development, B2B sales, or ERP/software sales preferred

* Strong knowledge of the UAE business market

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Outspoken, confident, and professional personality

* Pro-active, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude

* Ability to work under targets and deadlines

* UAE driving license is an advantage

* Fluent English required. Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus
