Lead strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous enhancement of a large-scale enterprise ERP environment.
Primary focus is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related business applications.
The role supports digital transformation, business process optimization, AI enablement, and enterprise-wide ERP excellence.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute ERP strategy, roadmap, governance framework, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead ERP operations across Finance, Procurement, Budgeting, Human Capital, Payroll, Reporting, and Workflow solutions.
- Oversee ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and application lifecycle management.
- Drive business process improvement and align ERP solutions with organizational objectives.
- Manage ERP budgets, vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
- Establish governance for security, compliance, risk management, and audit requirements.
- Lead adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, automation solutions, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
- Develop and mentor the ERP team and foster collaboration across business and technology stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in ERP consulting, ERP management, or enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics AX.
- Proven success leading ERP implementations, integrations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
- Experience managing ERP budgets, external vendors, and technology partners.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, governance, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Knowledge of ERP security, compliance, risk management, reporting, and data governance.
- Microsoft Dynamics, Agile, Project Management, ITIL, Architecture, or AI-related certifications are advantageous.
