The role is described as a TPA Consultant responsible for information and support related to third-party approvals for business activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients and professional partners with third-party approval information within organizational timeframes and guidelines.
- Liaise with government authorities to learn about approval processes and maintain relationships that support current knowledge of TPA requirements.
- Monitor and update business activities and their corresponding third-party approval requirements.
- Educate Client Engagement Managers on approval requirements and processes for specific activities.
- Respond to client and partner queries about third-party approvals and licensing scenarios.
- Deliver customer service, build client and partner relationships, and handle complaints to support satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Renewals teams to support business needs.
- Perform other job-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and skills
- Full proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills for phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Knowledge of licensing, business activities, business setup, and governmental processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Customer service, client relationship management, B2B, or channel partner experience is advantageous.
