Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end handover and aftercare and serve as the primary homeowner contact.
• Own client requests, maintenance issues, and defects through resolution with internal technical teams and external suppliers.
• Develop handover programmes for snagging, documentation, property systems training, and the client welcome experience.
• Coordinate with construction and development teams from project lifecycle through completion and occupancy.
• Lead the technical and facilities team; establish responsibilities, service-level agreements, escalation procedures, and operational standards.
• Oversee defect liability periods, warranties, and aftercare obligations.
• Set up service processes, performance reporting, and client feedback mechanisms; report service performance, client satisfaction, and priorities to senior leadership.

Candidate requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in luxury residential aftercare, super-prime property or estate management, luxury hospitality, or facilities management in a premium residential or branded-residence environment.
• Proven personalised service experience with UHNW clients, private principals, or similarly discerning clientele.
• Strong leadership experience developing teams and building a client-first service culture.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
• Good technical understanding of MEP systems, home automation, and high-specification residential finishes, with ability to coordinate technical specialists.
• Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• GCC experience is advantageous. Candidates must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Working arrangement

• Full-time, site-based role in Dubai, with availability requirements to support premium residential clients.
