Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, Geology or related discipline
- 3 to 7 years of experience with contaminated site assessments, remediation and reclamation
- Valid driver's license
- PEng or PGeo license is a plus
- Experience working on mining and/or oil & gas projects preferred
- Expertise in field assessments, technical reporting and project management

Job Description
- Join GHD's global network of engineers, scientists, auditors, planners and environmental specialists.
- Seeking an Environmental Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Project Directors in major mining and oil & gas projects.
- Role can be based in Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Edmonton, Halifax, Fredericton, St. John's, Calgary, or Vancouver.

- Contaminated Sites Investigation and Remediation Design: Planning and execution of engineering and scientific solutions to bring sites to closure.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Project Coordinators, PMs, PDs, Technical Leads and Field Technicians/Scientists/Engineers.
- Professional Supervision: Provide effective field and office mentoring of more junior environmental practitioners.
- Project Coordination: Assist PMs and PDs from proposal through to execution in accordance with project management and quality performance metrics.
- Client & Customer Engagement: Nurture important client relationships and engaging with industry networks.
- Health, Safety, Quality and Environment: Maintain health, safety, quality and environment KPIs and behaviors.
- Culture of Innovation: Drive a culture of innovation by creating multistakeholder solutions.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor and/or master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, Geology or related discipline.
- PEng or PGeo license a plus.
- 3 to 7 years of experience with contaminated site assessments, remediation and reclamation.
- Experience working on mining and/or oil & gas projects preferred.
- Expertise in field assessments, technical reporting and project management.
- Valid driver's license.
Please note:
- Salary range for this position is $67,000 to $112,500.
- Base salary determined by skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
