About This Role
Enterprise Sales Director | SaaS | UAE
We are currently supporting a senior-level opportunity for an Enterprise Sales Director within the SaaS space in the UAE.
This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially strong individual who can own enterprise growth, lead complex sales cycles, and drive revenue across large, high-value accounts while managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver enterprise revenue targets and forecasting
- Define and execute enterprise sales strategy for the UAE market
- Lead high-value, complex deal cycles with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build and grow strategic enterprise accounts and long-term partnerships
- Manage, coach, and develop a sales team to drive performance
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support growth and delivery
- Continuously improve sales processes to support scalability and performance
Requirements
- 12+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Strong background in enterprise sales, including senior leadership responsibility
- Proven experience managing and leading a sales team
- Strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and large organisations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with a strong hunter mentality
