About the Role
ICD Technologies is looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Enterprise Sales Hunter to accelerate growth across its Data & AI business in the UAE market.
This role is focused on opening new enterprise accounts, building executive relationships, and driving transformational opportunities across Data, AI, Analytics, Automation, and Digital initiatives.
As organizations across the UAE accelerate AI adoption and intelligent automation initiatives, this role will play a key part in helping enterprises transition toward AI-enabled, data-driven operations and decision-making.
The ideal candidate is a strong hunter with the ability to engage CXOs, understand business challenges, shape transformation conversations, and position outcome-led solutions that deliver measurable business value.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping organizations unlock value through intelligent, data-driven transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth across Data & AI solutions and services
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CFOs, Digital Transformation leaders, and key business stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales initiatives across the UAE market through enterprise prospecting, networking, partnerships, events, referrals, and executive engagement
- Position ICD Technologies’ capabilities across:
• Data Governance, Reporting & Insights
- Lead consultative customer discussions to understand business priorities, operational challenges, AI readiness, and transformation goals
- Translate customer challenges into outcome-driven Data & AI transformation opportunities and solution engagements
- Drive sales engagements from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with leadership, pre-sales, delivery, and technology teams to shape customer-centric solutions
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, account discipline, and awareness of market and AI adoption trends
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise B2B technology or consulting sales
- Proven experience in hunting and opening new enterprise accounts
- Strong experience selling one or more of the following:
• Consulting-led Technology Services
- Strong consultative selling, executive engagement, and relationship-building capability
- Ability to engage both business and technology stakeholders
- Ability to engage CXOs on business transformation, AI adoption, and operational priorities
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially driven with strong ownership and execution mindset
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
Preferred Experience
- Existing enterprise network within the UAE enterprise market
- Exposure to industries such as Healthcare, Banking, Retail, Government, Logistics, Facilities Management, Energy, or Manufacturing
- Familiarity with modern cloud and data ecosystems including Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, or enterprise AI platforms
- Exposure to AI adoption, intelligent automation, agentic AI, or enterprise operational transformation initiatives is an advantage
- Experience in outcome-based and consultative enterprise selling is preferred
