Responsibilities
- Lead product development, enhancements, updates, and systems software projects.
- Manage staffing, deliverables, schedules, costs, resources, goals, and program roadmaps.
- Communicate status and escalations and guide decisions with cross-functional teams and executives.
- Manage outsourced partners and suppliers against expectations for quality, delivery, schedules, and costs.
- Find process improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Hire, coach, evaluate, and develop direct reports and foster organization-wide performance standards.
Requirements
- First-level university degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- Typically 15 or more years of related work experience, including 5 or more years of people management experience.
- Requires advanced leadership, project management, analytical, communication, prioritization, and relationship-management skills.
- Requires experience managing human capital across geographies, business acumen, technical knowledge, and understanding of company policies and processes.
- Requires mastery of English and the local language.

Manages activities within a sub-region or region and typically manages 10 or more direct reports; span-of-control guidelines may vary.
