  • Use Terraform, AWS console and CLI tools, pull requests, and private module patterns for scoped changes.
  • Apply agentic AI to ticket triage, runbook support, self-service, and incident summarization.
  • Collaborate with monitoring and other Cloud Center of Excellence teams and document learning.
  • Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies and apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or a comparable ITSM workflow and a customer-service orientation.

Core competencies

  • Strong growth mindset, coachability, reliable execution, and willingness to ask for help early.
  • Continuous learning in cloud-native technology, infrastructure as code, and applied AI.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in tickets and pull requests.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships across globally distributed engineering teams.

Preferences

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, and Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate are preferred.
  • Exposure to agentic AI or generative AI tools is preferred.
  • Scripting exposure in Python, Bash, or PowerShell is preferred.
  • Experience with globally distributed teams across the United States and India or the GCC is preferred.

Team context
