Role Overview

Sales and Business Development

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Present products and services, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Coordination and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth delivery of products and services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and support high customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and local business environment is required.
• Arabic and English proficiency is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities are required.
• A customer-focused, results-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented approach is required.
• A valid UAE driving license would be an advantage.

Employment and Pay

• The job type is full-time.
• Pay is AED 6,000 per month.

Work Location

• Work is performed in person.
