Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project while meeting quality, financial, and timing constraints.
Responsibilities
- Identify clients, handle inquiries, review drawings, prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs, define scope, and obtain supplier quotations.
- Design ELV systems to SIRA regulations and project specifications; prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure LOIs, LPOs, and contracts.
- Lead projects, controlling costs, budgets, value engineering, accounts receivable/payable, timelines, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Coordinate teams, vendors, clients, consultants, and authorities; supervise sites, inspect installations, and ensure quality and compliance.
- Manage schedules, submittal approvals, drawings, project documentation, progress reports, and handover packages.
- Assist the Project Director with estimation, tendering, pre-qualification, BOQs, cost budgeting, and project documentation.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
- At least 5 years leading site installations, testing/commissioning, and handover of complex ELV projects.
- Seven years of MEP/ELV experience is preferred.
- PMP certification is a strong plus.
Technical skills
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and advanced MS Excel.
- Thorough knowledge of site installation standards, SIRA site certification, submittal procedures, and financial project controls.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 15,000–20,000 per month; the posting describes the salary as tax-free and mentions project-based performance bonuses.
