Supervises electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement in continuous-operation Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer plants.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, direct, and guide electrical maintenance teams.
- Oversee electrical equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, removal, and reinstatement.
- Ensure appropriate tools, methods, and resources are used; inspect work quality and ensure corrective action for faults.
- Interpret technical drawings, layouts, P&IDs, datasheets, and related documents.
- Support planning, scheduling, root-cause analysis, reporting, and record keeping.
- Handle SAP EAM maintenance work orders.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, HSEQ, and company safety procedures.
Requirements
- Engineering Diploma in Electrical Trade (12+3 years).
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer industry.
- Hands-on SAP EAM maintenance work-order experience.
- Competency in communication, team management, and report writing.
- Professional-level ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong PTW/HSEQ knowledge and a good safety record.
