Role summary
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical power distribution, lighting, and low-current systems across the site.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise MV/LV power distribution, transformers, switchgear, panel boards, and earthing installation.
- Oversee fire alarm, data/telecom, CCTV, access control, and BMS systems.
- Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams to eliminate MEP-structural site clashes.
- Witness testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of electrical components and equipment.
- Review contractor material submittals and electrical shop drawings against local utility codes.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of electrical site engineering and supervision experience; minimum 8 years of field electrical experience.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local authority electricity regulations and international codes, including IEC and NFPA.
- Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and site coordination skills.
