Role summary
Part-time Architectural Engineer role monitoring high-end finishing works and facade installations.
Ensures executed details meet design aesthetics, quality standards, and specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise interior and exterior architectural finishing works, material mock-ups, joinery, and cladding.
- Review architectural shop drawings and finishes schedules, and coordinate interfaces with MEP services.
- Inspect workmanship in tiling, plastering, false ceilings, glazing, painting, and external facades.
- Conduct quality snagging walks and prepare actionable defect rectification lists.
- Collaborate with the design office to resolve site discrepancies and technical detail variations.
Requirements and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- At least 8 years of architectural finishing and site supervision experience.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, material specifications, and architectural aesthetic quality.
- Availability for designated part-time site walkthroughs and inspection duties.
